Description: Modern photographic print made from a glass plate negative depicting Ohio State University halfback Chic Harley, at right, posed with his teammate Gaylord "Pete" Stinchcomb. Harley played for Ohio State 1916-1917 and 1919. He was an All-American all three years that he played, and the first Ohio State player to be inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame. His college career was interrupted in 1918 when he served as a fighter pilot in World War I. View on Ohio Memory.
