Description: A large, circular stone tablet has two rattlesnakes circling one another with cross-hatching at the edge and part of the snake design. Rattles have multiple heart-shaped designs. Each snake has two fangs and teeth. Reverse face has a square perforation partially drilled in the center, scallops cut along edges and an incised line just inside the line of scallops at 16 mm from the edge. Sides are grooved along the edges at the point where the scallops meet the edge. The tablet is made of stone, possibly sandstone, that is dark yellowish-brown in color. View on Ohio Memory.
