Description: Pipestone platform pipe has a rectangular base that curves from end to end and has rounded corners. It is slightly wider at the center than at the ends. The bowl, which is centered on the platform, is widest where it meets the platform. It tapers in the center and expands at the rim. The pipe was broken in many pieces and has been repaired. There are areas of painted plaster on the platform and bowl. It is mainly very dark gray with areas of dark yellowish brown and dark brown. View on Ohio Memory.
