Description: Slate pendant is roughly rectangular. The lower end is slightly wider than the top and rounded. Banding of the slate runs lengthwise with dark gray bands on a lighter gray surface. A single hole was drilled in the upper portion. The pendant was broken in half but has been repaired. There are large chips missing from reverse side. Item was excavated from Thomas Brothers Mound in Licking County, Ohio. View on Ohio Memory.
