Description: Loafstone is flat on the bottom. There are two drilled holes, one at each end. The width of one hole is 3.5 mm at top, opening to 6.7 mm at base. Item is broken off at second hole. The other end is complete and squared off. It is made of barite that is pale yellow and dark gray. Item was excavated from Dayton Mound in Licking County, Ohio. View on Ohio Memory.
