Description: This is portrait of William "Billy" Sunday. Sunday was born in Iowa in 1862. He was a major-league baseball player in the 1880s before becoming an itinerant evangelical preacher. He visited large cities, giving talks for young men on Christian living and prohibition under the employment of the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA).
