: Eddie Peppers, of Gallia County, electrocuted March 15, 1928, for the murder of Mrs. Florence Buck, Gallipolis, Ohio. He was a black male, twenty one years old. He strangled his victim with a towel when he was working as a porter at Park Central Hotel in Gallipolis, Ohio. He stated that he was intoxicated.
