Description: Submitted January 30, 1945, this is a report written by the Harriet Beecher Stowe Home Association preceding the meeting of the Association and the Executive Board of the Ohio State Archaeological and Historical Society (now the Ohio History Connection). Page 1 is a preface letter written by Association member James H. Rodabaugh. Page 2 provides a description of the Association and its members, followed by a history of the Association's relationship with the property. Page 3 describes Harriet Beecher Stowe's relationship to the house and a brief account of her life in relation to the house. Pages 4 and 5 discuss converting the Stowe Home into a state memorial.
