Description: This tricolor flag was made in 1938 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Northwest Ordinance made by the 1787 congress. It has stripes of blue, white and red. The blue stripe bears the word "Welcome" in white letters, the white stripe in the center has a picture of a Conestoga wagon with two oxen and the red stripe on the bottom reads " 150th Anniversary Northwest Territory" in white letters. The dimensions of the flag are 85 cm by 125 cm. Carl Givler of Wabash, Indiana, donated this banner in 1979. View on Ohio Memory.
