Description: The flag is of textile (cotton) with two red stripes, three red stars. It is stained the rectangular dimensions are 95 by 155 cm. In 1938 graphic designer Charles A.R. Dunn submitted this design based on the coat of arms of George Washington. Up until then the seal of the National Guard was generally used to represent Washington, D.C. View on Ohio Memory.
