Description: This is the flag of the Ohio State Association of Soldiers Relief Commissions The flag has a dark blue background with gold fringe. In the center is the Seal of Ohio. Above the seal is printed in gold letters "Ohio State Association of Soldiers Relief Commissions" Below the seal is the date "September 23, 1940" in gold letters. The shape is rectangular and the dimensions are 95 cm by 160 cm. The Commission was founded in 1886, this flag was used until 1991 when the name of the commission was changed to the Veterans Service Commission State of Ohio View on Ohio Memory.
