Ohio History Connection
Description: The red, white and blue Ohio flag is the only state flag a non rectangular shape. It has five stripes, three red and two white signifying the rivers and roads. The canton is blue with seventeen five pointed stars. The white circle implies Ohio and the thirteen stars grouped around the circle,are for the original colonies. The added four in the apex of the triangle reference Ohio as the seventeenth state added to the Union. The wool flag measures 150 cm by 245. View on Ohio Memory.
