Description: This is a photograph of the guidon of the 107th Ohio Volunteer Infantry. The swallowtail flag had thirteen red and white stripes and the blue field contains thirty-two stars - one star in each corner, nineteen in the outer circle and eleven in the inner circle. The thirty four stars represented the states in the Union at the beginning of the Civil War. View on Ohio Memory.
