Description: This is an image of a hand-made two-part tin and wood sausage stuffer that was made in the United States and dates from approximately 1860. This sausage stuffer consists of a maple pestle and a tin tube with two handles. The Ohio Historical Society purchased this sausage stuffer from Morgan Ink Company of Republic, Seneca County, Ohio, in 1923. View on Ohio Memory.
