Description: Military memorial print with portraits of important Union generals, army scenes and historical facts relating to the Civil War. In a central area is a section labeled "War Record," where information pertaining to the service of an individual soldier can be recorded. Information about the service of Liberty D. Jinks is written here. He enlisted as a private in the 18th Ohio Volunteer Infantry on September 24, 1861 at age 18. Battles that Jinks participated in are listed as "Murfreesborough, Chickamauga, Chattanooga, Short Mt. C.I." He mustered out of service at Camp Chase in Columbus, Ohio, on November 9, 1864.
