Description: Photograph of the Delzell children of Clintonville with a cart drawn by their goat, Billy. The accompanying caption reads, "The Delzells rode in high style. Jack holding the reins, Isadora and Eillene with 'Rags' in the cart." The photograph was taken on Piedmont Road in Clintonville. This image was included in a "Memory Book" compiled by Mrs. H. V. Cottrell, historian for the Clinton League (sometimes called the Clinton Welfare League) from 1938-1943. The book shows the development of Clintonville and records the history of the League.
