Description: The Noble County Courthouse is the largest building in Caldwell and much of the funding for the construction of the building came from the Works Progress Administration. It was built between 1933 and 1934 by architect Charles Marr, and it sits in the center of the town square. This image shows the building's front and side facades. View on Ohio Memory.
