Description: The Columbus Bread Company used a system of cooling conveyors made by the Jeffrey Manufacturing Company of Columbus, Ohio. Bread was baked in ovens in the building on the right. The loaves were then conveyed outside, as shown in the photograph, where they cooled before being conveyed back into the baking building for wrapping. View on Ohio Memory.
