Description: Type K radial loader made by the Jeffrey Manufacturing Company of Columbus, Ohio. It is loading coal into a truck owned by the P. Koenig Coal Company, Detroit Michigan, 1920. The loader was self-propelled and could be driven into a pile of coal at a slow speed. At a higher speed, the loader could be driven from one pile to another by the operator.
