The hall was completed on June 1, 1916 and was paid for by taxes and bond sales. It commemorates Clark County's military soldiers, as well as the area pioneers. The hall seats 2, 700 and has served as a venue for concerts, sporting events, graduations, political gatherings, balls, and meetings.
