Description: The Rookwood Pottery building (on the right), is now called the Rookwood Pottery Restaurant. This factory building was designed by H. Neil Wilson in 1891. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972. The Passionate Father's Holy Cross Monastery and Chapel (on the left) was built in 1899 of brown brick, and the campanile is 130 feet tall, and at one time, neon lights lit the cross at it's tip. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. View on Ohio Memory.
