It was built in 1910, on Union Street, between Fountain and Limestone continued operation until 1953. This building replaced an older "Union Station" which was on Washington Street, between Fountain and Limestone. It was demolished in the 1970s to make room for the Spring Street Bridge and additional parking for Clark County College. The main part of the structure is a grand, square, stone building with a peaked tile roof and a large rounded window taking up almost the entire front facade of the building. The adjacent 2-story building has a tiled French Mansard style roof. View on Ohio Memory.
